Rhythms a Primer institution for Fine Arts was established in 1996 and registered in 1999.Its five branches are dedicated to the great exponents of music ,located at Kumaraparkwest, Rajajinagar, Jayanagar, Indiranagar and Sanjaynagar.It is the only Institute in Bangalore where in 28 courses in vocal, Instrumental, Dance, and Art are taught in Hindustani, Carnatic and Western styles by 52 faculty members (most of them State Award Recipients). One can find even remote Instruments like Sarangi, Clarinet, Dilruba, etc being taught.
Rhythms has been instrumental in promoting the cause of music by Organizing concerts, musical nights, lectures, competitions, charity shows and social service activities along with regular professional training to more 2000 students. With an aim of reaching music to all class of people, providing a platform for young aspirant promising talents and to immortalize the Sapthaswaras, Rhythms has a vision in due course to set up seven Institutes in Bangalore dedicated to seven great exponents of Indian Music.
